    Bestep currently delivers across Pakistan.

    If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you before processing the order.

    2. Order Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

    • You may receive a confirmation call before dispatch for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

    3. Delivery Time

    Estimated delivery time:

    • Major cities: 2–4 working days

    • Other cities/areas: 3–6 working days

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

    4. Shipping Charges

    Option A – Free Shipping Model:

    We offer free shipping across Pakistan on all orders.

    Option B – Conditional Free Shipping:

    5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

    We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

    Customers are requested to ensure availability at the time of delivery. Repeated order cancellations may result in restrictions on future orders.

    6. Order Tracking

    You can use the tracking number to monitor delivery status.

    7. Delivery Delays

    Bestep is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Courier service disruptions

    • Natural disasters

    • Political or public holidays

    • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

    8. Incorrect Address

    If incorrect shipping details are provided:

    • Delivery may be delayed

    • Additional charges may apply for re-dispatch

    9. Failed Delivery Attempts

    If the courier attempts delivery and the order is refused or customer is unavailable:

    • The order may be returned to us.

    • Repeat non-acceptance may lead to COD restrictions.
